Return of Material Authorization
If the troubleshooting by our support team does not lead to success, please inquire a RMA-Number. Please return your product together with this number to our technical support team.
Send your product along with a copy of your invoice and customer number, completed RMA form and your support number securely packed to b-plus. Attach your RMA number clearly visible outside to your package.
Packaging of this product should be protected from damages or other influcences like humidity or similar. Electrical Components have to be packaged professionally and according to the ESD directives (ESD norm IEC/TS61340-5-1 Electrostatics). Components that are not packed correctly have to be returned to you at your own expense. Please note that deliveries without RMA number can't be processed due to system reasons and have to be rejected. Freight collect packages can not be accepted.
