We will present the components of our AVETO Validation Toolbox. It includes hardware and software for recording, processing, visualizing and analyzing automotive test data.

• Beginning with Data Recording, we present you the modular and compact BRICK system that offers you high performance ports and storages for various clustering and data collection management opportunities. With our BRICK2 measurement platform we show you our latest component in the BRICK system
• Further, data decoupling, tapping of interfaces and time stamping is done by our MDILink, that has different configuration options for high speed serial interfaces.
• The harvested data is being recorded with our AVETO.app Recording software that allows to capture high bandwidth measurement data and offers e.g. a ring buffer for triggered recordings.
• With the AVETO.app Recorder SDK (software development kit) sensor developers are able to realize own source objects in C++. Also, you are able to integrate your algorithm into the framework.
• The AVETO.app Visualization software enables to visualize the camera images and bus interfaces (e.g. CAN messages) in correlation with GPS data.
• With our b-HiL, a scalable hardware in the loop system for radar, camera and fusion platform you are able to simulate and replay sensor raw data and bus and net data during your development process.

Werner Streich, Regional Operations Manager at b-plus, will explain how valuable test data can be separated from irrelevant driving data already during test drives. Join his presentation on the first day of the trade show: at 2 p.m. local time (GMT-4) / 8 p.m Berlin time (CEST) on October 26, 2021.

He will present the Smart Recording concept, which is based on the AVETO Toolbox. Thanks to this, it is possible to pre-select the large amounts of data already at the point of origin. Only essential corner cases that are valuable for securing and training neural networks are recorded and fed into the data center for further processing. In this way, data is captured intelligently and processed efficiently.
