Environmentally conscious action and the reduction of energy and resource consumption are part of the responsibilities of every employee at b-plus. For example, it is very important to us that less paper is in circulation. Therefore documents are filled out and processed digitally as far as possible.
In 2023 b-plus GmbH is partner company of ÄRZTE OHNE GRENZEN e.V.
ÄRZTE OHNE GRENZEN provides emergency medical aid in crisis and war zones and after natural disasters worldwide. The international organisation provides fast, efficient and unbureaucratic help – without asking about the origin, religion or political convictions of the people affected.
The doctors and nurses, midwives and logisticians of ÄRZTE OHNE GRENZEN work in about 70 countries. They treat sick and wounded people, look after malnourished children and provide clean drinking water and latrines.
This also corresponds to our values, so that we are pleased to be able to support the work of ÄRZTE OHNE GRENZEN with a donation as a partner company in 2023. For this reason, our company was reviewed in advance based on the donation guidelines of the aid organisation. With our contribution, ÄRZTE OHNE GRENZEN saves lives of people in need worldwide.
b-plus supports the organization "TfK - Technik für Kinder e.V."
Professions in MINT disciplines (mathematics, informatics, science and technology) which are represented in almost every company, are understaffed. One reason for this is a lack of knowledge and little enthusiasm for technical professions. Already in ones childhood, the choice of profession is strongly influenced. The "Technik für Kinder" (TfK) association manages to introduce children and young people to technical topics with projects in the various natural sciences.
With simple workshops, exciting projects and playful tasks such as building traffic lights and programming robots, children are familiarized with disciplines from the socalled MINT areas. Learn more at the organization's website: "Technik für Kinder" (TfK).

b-plus is part of the „Gründerzentrum Digitalisierung Niederbayern“, a founding center for digitalization in Lower Bavaria. The network of start-ups, established SMEs, science and institutions promotes the exchange between founders, experts and businesses. In workshops, at events, support programs and competitions, sustainable contacts are established that create value for founders as well as for companies and institutions. We are pleased to be able to support the business incubator as direct neighbors of ITC Deggendorf.

Fast Forest was founded in 2008 as a student association of Deggendorf Institute of Technology. Students from all disciplines come together to develop and realize racing cars. With the self-made cars the young engineers, project managers and developers compete in Formula Student and other international design competitions.
As a premium partner, b-plus supports the team with hardware components that are used in the construction of racing cars, especially for testing the systems.
