We are delighted that you are interested in b-plus as an employer. In our FAQs, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions as well as further information about our application process:

We can only consider applications submitted via our careers page. This means that you can either upload your application documents directly via the link in the relevant job advertisement or submit a speculative application.

To apply, all you need is your current resume and relevant (work) references and certificates. A traditional cover letter/letter of motivation is not required at b-plus. However, you are welcome to use the “Cover letter” field in the application form to provide us with additional information.

 

It is important to us to make the application process as straightforward and simple as possible. Once you have uploaded your application to the careers page, our recruiting team will review your documents. In the next step, new candidates are discussed with the relevant departments, and if they are suitable, they are invited to an interview on site or via Teams. Once we have gotten to know each other and are convinced of each other's suitability, we will follow up with an offer by phone. If we do not currently have a suitable position open for you, we will always get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Since we place great importance on the simplicity of our process, it is designed to be as efficient as possible. It usually takes 7 days until you receive initial feedback/an invitation. If we need more time, we will inform you by email. You will also be notified of the decision after the interview within the following 14 days. Openness and regular communication are important to us at every step of the process. If you are under time pressure for any reason, please let us know and we will try to speed up the process.

 

If you are interested in different positions, you are welcome to apply multiple times. However, we kindly ask you to refrain from applying multiple times for the same position. If you need a quick response, please ask Franziska or Lisa about the current status of your application.

Our interviews take place either online or in person at one of our locations. Your interviewers will always be representatives from the relevant department and someone from the HR department. This means that we usually only need one interview to assess your professional suitability and personal qualities. If both sides agree, a job offer will follow. It may happen that, following the initial meeting, a second interview, an invitation to a trial work period, or a meeting with the team is arranged, but we tailor this very individually to the position in question and to you as a candidate.

At b-plus, you can either work as a student trainee, complete your internship semester, write your thesis (BA/MA), or join us directly after graduation. You can also do everything one after the other ;) Depending on how well you and we like working together and what happens during your time with us. A degree program with in-depth practical experience in conjunction with the TH Deggendorf or the OTH Regensburg is also possible at b-plus. Feel free to talk to us about this.

We rarely specify concrete projects for internships or theses in our job advertisements. Since employment as a student at b-plus is designed to be as practical as possible, new topics and projects arise on an ongoing basis. These are formulated according to your interests and aptitudes. For this reason, we recommend that you send us a speculative application, stating your interests and areas of study.
