From theory to practice

Stefan Seidl awarded for best master thesis

Stefan Seidl, System Engineer at b-plus technologies, was awarded for the best master thesis in the field of engineering and physical sciences by his university of applied sciences Merseburg. He wrote the master's thesis as a master's working student at b-plus in Software Systems Engineering with the topic "Development of an application for generating source code for data transmission protocols based on requirements specifications".

"I am very honored to receive this award. Equally, this thesis would not have been possible in this way without the excellent support from b-plus and the university." Stefan Seidl emphasizes. "Due to the family atmosphere and the professional competence, I was able to develop and evolve. Many thanks to my supervisors, especially Christian Marchl."

In order to combine theoretical knowledge with practical application in the best possible way, Stefan Seidl wrote his master's thesis in cooperation with b-plus. Under the supervision of Christian Marchl, Group Manager Software Application / Simulation at b-plus technologies, he was able to ideally build on the know-how imparted during his studies and apply it to his work. "In addition to the technical aspects in the individual areas of computer science, such as digital technology, programming, or embedded systems, project management creates a structured framework for successful project work," explains Stefan Seidl.

After successfully completing his studies, Stefan Seidl started his career at b-plus and is currently working in Systems Engineering. He decided to start his career at b-plus because he likes the friendly and interesting technological environment of the b-plus group. In his job as a systems engineer, he deals with requirements engineering, architecture, integration and verification. His task is to combine individual measurement technology components into a system network.

We thank you, Stefan, for your commitment and are pleased that you are pioneering new mobility together with us.
