Simply masterful: top score, award and jubilarian

Andreas Schulitschenko has every reason to celebrate!

He can't stop smiling: Andreas Schulitschenko with his master's certificate in his hands. This year, he is not only celebrating his 10th company anniversary at b-plus, but has “just on the side” completed his master's degree at Deggendorf Technical University (THD) with the top grade of 1.0.

As a master's student in the field of Applied Research at b-plus, Andreas conceptualized a central monitoring for highly available time synchronization in Automotive Ethernet networks. This was focus of his master's thesis and there he demonstrated its creation, evaluation and prototypical implementation. "The goal was to create a concept that can be deployed on multiple devices and easily extended" explains Andreas. "I am happy that I could combine my knowledge from my classes with my work at b-plus and contribute to the further development in a project." The master's thesis was also awarded with the top grade of 1.0.

The research results from his thesis can be used as a basis for further analyses. It was also determined whether this concept (software solution) can be used as an alternative to the PPS method (hardware solution).

What’s especially noteworthy: Andreas worked almost full-time at b-plus in addition to his full-time studies, which he completed with an overall grade of 1.0 with distinction. Not only as a master student, but also as a permanent team member, Andreas is involved in various research projects in Applied Research. After ten years at b-plus, he can already look back on many successful and challenging projects. Andreas emphasizes: "In every long-term project there are also difficult and stressful phases. In the end, you are very proud of the performance you have achieved yourself and together as a team.

Thank you, Andreas, for your commitment to b-plus! We are very proud to accompany you on your way and to be part of this excellent master thesis.
